Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through The Paint Loft, operated by The Paint Loft Inc. ("The Paint Loft," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing quality products and transparent service. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

 

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

- The item must be in its original packaging

- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

 

Products must be returned directly to The Paint Loft. Please do not send returns to manufacturers or suppliers.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to safety, regulatory, or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

- Flammable liquids, paints, coatings, or hazardous materials

- Perishable goods

- Gift cards

- Select health or personal care items

- Items classified as sanitary or intimate goods

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Items not in original condition

- Items damaged or missing parts not caused by our error

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if accepted at our discretion)

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of the returned item. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on inspection results.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within approximately 4–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.

3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law. Certain sale or clearance items may be final sale.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, contact us at info@thepaintloft.com. Our customer service team will provide return authorization instructions.

 

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

 

If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product supplied by The Paint Loft. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable.

 

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
